MahaNakhon
MahaNakhon (มหานคร), is a mixed-use skyscraper in the Silom/Sathorn central business district of Bangkok, Thailand. It was opened in December 2016. It features the unconventional appearance of a glass curtain walled square tower with a cuboid-surfaced spiral cut into the side of the building. Following transfer of the first residential units in April 2016, at 314.2 metres (1,031 ft) with 77 floors, it was recognized as the tallest building in Thailand on 4 May 2016 the Council on Tall Buildings and Urban Habitat (CTBUH). Featuring hotel, retail and residences, 200 units of The Ritz-Carlton Residences.
The team at Alpha were the Senior Project Management team that drove the main part of the development from coming out of the ground to the topping off and main completion.

A private membership country club consisting of 130 rai (21 hectares) of mixed development, residential (Villa) and commercial properties including international standard sports and recreational facilities. The Villa precinct encompasses 80 well-appointed villas situated on the perimeter of Asia’s first and largest 45 Rai (6.3 hectares), pristine, 2.4m deep Crystal Lagoon, with a beach entry at the Country Club.
